Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During high-volume periods (new drops, launches, or promotions), processing times may be slightly extended—but we’ll always keep you informed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping Delays

- Incorrect shipping addresses
If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been marked as delivered, eleven.11 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
